Omah Lay and Ms Tems arrested in Uganda
Nigerian artistes Omah Lay and Ms Tems were arrested in Uganda on Sunday 13 December 2020 following an unathouriesd concert held the previous evening. The concert hosted at Dungu Resort in contravention of Covid 19 prevention guidelines instituted by country's Ministry of Health.
